This collection of pub and bar management training courses is delivered through 7 elearning courses alongside a 3-day, face-to-face training programme to help you run a pub, bar or other licensed premises
Day 1 of the face-to-face course covers operating the business/bar, finance and pricing and stock control
Day 2 of the face-to-face course covers marketing and merchandising, cellar training (ABCQ) and customer service
Day 3 of the face-to-face course covers employment law and contracts
The elearning courses included in the pub and bar management training are Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bar Excellence, Age Verification, Cellar Management, Drugs Awareness and Award for Under Age Sales Prevention
At the end of the course, you will receive two BII qualifications: the Award in Cellar Management (ABCQ) and the Award in Licensed Hospitality Operations
